TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- APA: additional 30% allowance for overnight charters, covering expenses as mentioned below.
- Gratuity: 15-20% additional at client’s discretion.
- Payment: Wire transfer only and must receive payment in order to reserve your date. Minimum 24 hours prior to charter date.
- Refunds: If the charter is canceled due to weather or other force majeure events, a full refund is issued; cancellations made 24 hours prior receive 70% back, while day-of or no-shows are refunded 30%. Rescheduling incurs a 15% fee.
